A high quality hydraulic cylinder rod depends mostly on the cylinder rod's surface. And a high quality surface directly decides how long the seal kit can be used.
JDF hydraulic cylinder rods can reach to below requirements.
1, raw material rod heat treatment. HB=215-250
2, rod face induction hardened HRC 50-62
3, ROD chrome plating. 0.03-0.05mm
hardness HV900-1100
